The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program is for investors, applicants, and their families who are looking to obtain alternative citizenship and/or wish to invest in a real estate project in Grenada.

This program requires a financial commitment of at least USD 150,000 government donation, or a minimum of USD 220,000 in real estate investment. Successful applicants are granted Grenada citizenship for life.

Investment Options

Minimum contribution:

    • USD 150,000 for a single applicant
    • USD 200,000 for applicant and up to 3 dependants
    • USD 25,000 for each additional dependent

Acquisition of approved real estate with a minimum value of USD 350,000 to be held for at least five years

  • Purchase a share in authorised real estate with a minimum value of USD 220,000, which must be held for at least five years. An additional minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 50,000 applies for this option
  • Additional fees apply, such as Due Diligence, Application, Processing fees and other Government fees
